Our client, a leading immigration consultancy firm based in Windsor, is looking for an Immigration Assistant to join their team. The role will support a team of consultants; who specialise in providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals and businesses; by assisting with various administrative tasks and client interactions to ensure the efficient operation of their immigration consultancy services.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist Immigration Consultants with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review documentation required for visa applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UK immigration regulations.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings, and providing updates on the status of their applications as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for Immigration Consultants, liaising with clients to arrange convenient times and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance.
- Data Entry: Input and update client information and case details in the company database or case management system, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
- Research Assistance: Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to support Immigration Consultants in providing accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Immigration Consultants and other team members to share information, provide assistance, and ensure seamless communication and workflow within the consultancy.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities, such as reviewing documentation for errors or inconsistencies and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a legal or immigration-related setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Knowledge of UK immigration laws, regulations, and procedures preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in administration or a related field desirable.
