An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our client, a global provider of corporate housing solutions.
This position is based remotely in the UK with travel into London and across EMEA.
Key Duties:
- Manage the end to end sales process from sourcing leads, arranging meetings, and signing new clients
- Sell corporate housing solutions directly to clients
- Identify opportunities to develop new business and increase revenue
- Participate in marketing efforts
- Driving sales initiatives and implementing sales strategies
- Answer client questions and manage negotiations
- Achieve set targets
Key Requirements:
- Extensive Sales & Business Development experience in the relocation, corporate housing/serviced apartment industries is required
- Experience selling global mobility, relocation services or corporate housing services is essential
- Must have experience selling directly to corporates and have active relationships with corporate clients
- Fantastic communication and negotiation skills
- Driven and motivated sales professional
