An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our client, a global provider of corporate housing solutions. 
This position is based remotely in the UK with travel into London and across EMEA. 

Key Duties: 

  • Manage the end to end sales process from sourcing leads, arranging meetings, and signing new clients 
  • Sell corporate housing solutions directly to clients
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and increase revenue
  • Participate in marketing efforts 
  • Driving sales initiatives and implementing sales strategies
  • Answer client questions and manage negotiations
  • Achieve set targets


Key Requirements: 

  • Extensive Sales & Business Development experience in the relocation, corporate housing/serviced apartment industries is required 
  • Experience selling global mobility, relocation services or corporate housing services is essential 
  • Must have experience selling directly to corporates and have active relationships with corporate clients
  • Fantastic communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven and motivated sales professional
