<p>Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking to hire an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to join their team in London. This position offers hybrid working. &nbsp;<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Consult with clients on executive compensation matters, including assisting corporations as they create their own compensation structures suited to their business.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in analysing client&rsquo;s business challenges and crafting relevant solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carrying out research on the trends of executive compensation.</li>

We are supporting a global fin-tech firm in their search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their London office, within their EMEA HR function.<br>

This position is both a hands-on and strategic role that will join a people-first business and requires solid expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, coaching/development and conflict management. As a Senior HRBP, you will be instrumental in supporting and driving optimum performance, talent development, and change management.<br>
<br>
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-growth environment within a Technology and/or Financial Services start-up.<br>
<br>
This position is an on-site office based role in London 4-5 days per week.<br>

<strong><em>Scope of the Sr HRBP role: </em></strong>
<ul>
	<li>Take charge of fostering a robust organisational culture by addressing complex issues arising from evolving business demands.

	<li>A minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in sectors such as technology, financial services, or start-ups.
	<li>Prior experience working within a global, matrix-based organisation.
	<li>Ability to bring strategic thinking to the table by partnering with managers on yearly planning, setting priorities, and aligning with business goals.
	<li>Previous experience using effective questioning techniques to guide discussions, ensuring conversations can be deepened or redirected as necessary.
	<li>At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including key areas like employee relations, talent management, compensation, performance management, global mobility, benefits, onboarding, and recruitment.
	<li>Deep understanding of the full employee life cycle and experience in handling ambiguity, addressing situations that may not have clear processes in place.
	<li>Strong proficiency with HR systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
	<li>A genuine passion for developing others, mentoring both HR team members and the broader manager and employee community.
	<li>Superior listening abilities, actively attuning to both verbal and non-verbal cues in communication.
	<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy, high-demand environment.

You will serve as a key and flexible partner to the business in supporting talent development, driving optimum performance, thoughtful leadership, and change management, working specifically within their DevOps business segment.<br>
This position requires previous HRBP experience working specifically with technologists.<br>

	<li>Acting as a brand ambassador and culture carrier across the firm. Ensuring team and people strategies reflect the firms core values, whilst being an effective influencer to create positive change and proactively mitigate and resolve employee issues.
	<li>Contribute to and support the overall global HR operational processes such as merit and bonus process, global mobility transfers, leave management, etc. Be comfortable suggesting areas of process improvement and identifying new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on HR deliverables.
	<li>Develop, support, and communicate guidelines and procedures with a flexible mindset approach.
	<li>Partner with other People team members globally. Work as a team on all things people.
	<li>Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, and senior management on local, regional, and/or global impact changes or updates.

	<li>A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, business consulting, or related field.
	<li>At least 10 years of HRBP experience spanning employee relations, talent management, compensation, performance management, global mobility, benefits, onboarding, and recruitment.
	<li>Experience in Technology, Financial Services industry, or start-up environment highly desired.
	<li>Competent in HRIS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and ability to become a user of other systems.
	<li>Strong functional knowledge of the full life cycle of an employee experience.
	<li>Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices and industry trends.
