This role focuses on overseeing comprehensive door-to-door shipping and relocation services for corporate assignees.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Assignee Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assignees during the relocation process, managing destination services, household goods shipping, and temporary accommodation.
- Service Delivery: Ensure the seamless execution of services like expense management, tenancy management, arrivals, departures, home searches, and school placement.
- Training and Support: Provide language, cultural training, and settling-in services tailored to client needs.
- Adherence to Protocols: Follow company protocols to ensure consistent worldwide service quality.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party partners, including service bookings, tracking, and audits.
- Compliance: Verify adherence to customs regulations and maintain certifications, GDPR, ISO, and compliance standards.
- Data Management: Update and provide high-quality data via the company's Ascent technology platform.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Foster proactive communication with assignees, vendors, and clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in relocation management or household goods industries is essential.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (fluency required).
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work.
- Proficiency with software tools, including Microsoft Office.
