We have a new opportunity to join our client's Oxfordshire based UK Corporate Immigration team! The role is available on either a Part Time or Full Time basis.

This role will focus on managing the end to end corporate immigration process.

The role of the UK Corporate Immigration Consultant:

  • To act as client point of contact within the UK In-bound Immigration team
  • To consult on and provide expert advice to assignees and corporate clients on UK Immigration processes
  • Serve as the international immigration subject matter expert regarding UK immigration and visa queries

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing UK In-bound immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from the assignee and the client
  • Handle applications across the PBS (points-based system) with a particular focus on Tier 2 applications
  • Manage associated family and partner applications such as; dependant visas and spousal visas etc.
  • Providing technical UK immigration services to clients, assignees and other third parties for all allocated countries utilising third-party vendors where required
  • Preparation and submission of all types of UK immigration applications (where possible), in particular, but not limited to, business and UK work visas, utilising third-party vendors where required
  • Managing own immigration caseload and assisting colleagues where required, including complying with all associated administrative duties and updating the internal system
  • Ensure compliance of all UK governing immigration requirements

Desired experience:

  • OISC accredited or willing to obtain
  • Extensive experience of corporate business immigration is essential
  • Knowledge of a variety of visa/application types relating to UK immigration across the PBS (points-based system)
  • Strong Tier 2 application experience and experience handling dependant and spousal visas
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally with assignees and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passionate about providing quality immigration-related services
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong client liaison experience
  • Excellent independent research skills
