This role will be responsible for assisting in all Trade Compliance related matters across the company.
Responsibilities
- Domestic shipments (Inbound and Outbound)
- International Exports (Outbound)
- International Imports (Inbound)
- Carnets for hand carried goods
- Export classification reviews
- Procurement reviews
- Denied Parties Screening
- Travel approvals (review, decision and execute)
- TC Training (design, deliver, communicate & execute)
- Input into Governance (Policies, Processes, Workflows & Procedures)
- Assurance (internal & external audits)
- Manage our internals blogs and communications
- Maintain our internal intranet pages
- Maintain and update the databases/records of all UK and US export Authorisations for the business programmes/Functions
- Support the input and gathering of TC Metrics/KPIs, as well as metrics requested or beneficial to the Programmes/Functions
- Support the Head of International Trade Compliance, as directed, with activities, including bid work and specific Programme or Functional demands and needs
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft IT Software applications (including PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Previous experience with ITAR / EAR is advantageous
- You must be a UK National (non -dual due to programme requirements
