Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Provide expert HR guidance to senior stakeholders and line managers, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Coach and mentor managers on employee performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively applied and aligned with UK employment law.
- Lead initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Support organizational change projects, including workforce planning and restructuring.
- Analyse HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions for people-related challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR practices to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Provide training and workshops on key HR topics such as employee relations and performance management.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a senior HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations and grievance resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in complex workplace scenarios.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters tactfully and effectively.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning and hands-on HR execution.
- CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
