Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for employee relations and strategic HR initiatives? We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Consultant to partner with our Regional HR Manager in managing complex employee relations cases and driving impactful HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
  • Provide expert HR guidance to senior stakeholders and line managers, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor managers on employee performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively applied and aligned with UK employment law.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change projects, including workforce planning and restructuring.
  • Analyse HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions for people-related challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR practices to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Provide training and workshops on key HR topics such as employee relations and performance management.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in complex workplace scenarios.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters tactfully and effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning and hands-on HR execution.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
