Requirements:

• Create precise estimates for international moving and relocation based on the demands and specifications of your clients.
• To obtain the data required for bids, work together with clients, sales teams, and operational divisions.
• Work closely with clients to clarify price structures and alternatives, and provide thorough cost estimates.
• Examine any financial risks associated with foreign transfers and counsel customers on cost-cutting measures.
• Analyze and evaluate the customs, transportation, and logistics needs for overseas moves.
• Make sure estimates are sent to clients on time while meeting deadlines.
• Throughout the entire estimating and relocation process, help manage customer expectations.
• Be aware of market prices, industry trends, and legislative modifications that may impact overseas moves.
• Keep thorough records of all client communications and estimates in the business's CRM system.
• As needed, assist the operations and sales teams with extra duties pertaining to pricing and estimation.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to estimate sales, especially for international moving and relocation services.
• Strong knowledge of relocation procedures, customs, and international logistics.
• Outstanding ability to negotiate and communicate.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
