The Salesperson/Project Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring successful project outcomes. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring that every phase of the moving process meets client expectations and aligns with the company’s high standards for service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and sales opportunities in the Office & Industrial moving and relocation sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Create detailed project plans for relocation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure resources are allocated appropriately for each project.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the moving and relocation industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a background in Office & Industrial relocations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Phoenix area.
