As a Moving Consultant, the selected candidate will leverage the company’s strong brand presence, build client relationships, and actively pursue new business through both self-generated leads and company-provided leads. This role offers the chance to earn a highly competitive compensation package of $80K+ annually, dependent on commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person surveys of customer homes or offices and perform analysis based on appointments set.
- Provide accurate estimates for moving services and close business on all leads assigned.
- Actively prospect and network to generate new customer leads.
- Follow up on all pending customers to finalize sales and build ongoing relationships.
- Represent the company’s brand and services effectively within the community.
- Utilize company-provided technology, such as iPads and laptops, to manage and report on sales activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services to address client inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and present customized moving and storage solutions that align with client needs.
- Track sales performance and submit reports on lead conversions and overall sales activity.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the moving industry, real estate, or outside sales.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and ability to operate iPads, laptops, and desktop computers.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
