Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new commercial accounts and partnerships within the Chicago area.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to target businesses in need of commercial moving and relocation services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and stay informed about competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, within the commercial moving industry.
  • A book of business and contacts they can utilize.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial relocation processes and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to generating leads and securing new business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
