Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with an international client seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales efforts for their furnished apartment rentals. 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring high occupancy rates across their portfolio of furnished apartments. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet occupancy targets and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and individuals seeking temporary housing solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimize lead generation.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
  • Actively generate and manage a pipeline of potential tenants through various channels, including online platforms, corporate partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Client Negotiations & Closing Deals:
  • Conduct property tours (in-person or virtual) for prospective tenants, showcasing the value and benefits of the furnished apartments.
  • Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company policies, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
  • Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or furnished apartments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and corporate housing industry is a plus.
