Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet occupancy targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and individuals seeking temporary housing solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimize lead generation.
- Actively generate and manage a pipeline of potential tenants through various channels, including online platforms, corporate partnerships, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct property tours (in-person or virtual) for prospective tenants, showcasing the value and benefits of the furnished apartments.
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company policies, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or furnished apartments.
