Our client, a leading company within the international removals industry based in NW London, is looking for an experienced International Move Manager to join their dynamic team of removal experts.

As an International Move Manager you will provide valuable expertise in the professional relocation of household goods for both private & corporate clients .

Responsibilities of the International Move Manager:

  • Coordinate the entire international relocation process, from initial inquiry through to successful move completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance, updates, and reassurance throughout the move.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and international agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including customs paperwork and regulatory compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for each relocation, ensuring schedules are adhered to and costs are managed effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide clients with quotes, invoices, and other necessary financial documents in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor shipments to keep clients informed about the status of their belongings.
  • Handle any client concerns or issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and international regulations.


Requirements of the International Move Manager:

  • Proven experience in international move coordination or a similar role within the moving & relocation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international moving regulations, customs processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with logistics and CRM software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple relocations simultaneously.
