We are thrilled to partner with a prestigious removals company, who are seeking a driven and personable Removals Sales Estimator to join their expanding team. This hybrid role involves both virtual and in-home consultations, covering both domestic and international removals.

As a Removals Sales Estimator, you’ll work closely with clients to provide removal estimates across the Midlands, North West, and North East. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual and in-home consultations with clients to assess and estimate the volume of furniture and belongings for removal.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive moving cost estimates for both domestic and international relocations.
  • Drive sales conversion by effectively presenting company services and addressing removal client needs and concerns.
  • Promote and uphold the removal companies brand values, ensuring customer satisfaction and professional service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with removal clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the branch team to contribute to the smooth operations and business development of the Nottingham location.
  • Meet and exceed financial and sales performance targets, supporting overall removal branch goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including client records, inventory lists, and agreements accurately and promptly.
  • Regularly report sales activity, conversions, and estimations to management.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the removals or relocation industry (but strong sales experience in other fields is also welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other necessary software for reporting and client management.
  • Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in estimations and documentation.
