- Foster strong relationships with past clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales progress.
- Prepare detailed proposals and pricing estimates tailored to each client’s unique moving requirements.
- Monitor sales data to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and adjust proposals as necessary.
- Collaborate with the moving operations team to ensure smooth, efficient service for clients.
- Analyze feedback and market insights to continually improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the moving or relocation industry.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, estimating, and industry standards for moving services.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
