Do you have a great interest in the moving and relocation industry and are you a driven salesperson? We are seeking a highly motivated Moving COD Outside Sales Consultant to join our team in Sterling, VA, so that we may generate revenue through direct client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, design, and manage a COD (Cash on Delivery) moving lead pipeline.
  • Conduct virtual and in-home surveys to determine the relocation needs of clients and provide accurate estimates.
  • Show potential customers your personalized relocation alternatives and prices to encourage reservations.
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers in order to generate new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with your customers to ensure their satisfaction and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth relocations.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offers, and pricing tactics.
  • Use aggressive marketing and savvy selling to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • CRM software is used to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during networking events and community get-togethers.

Requirements:
  • Prior moving, relocation, or similar sales experience is required.
  • Outstanding sales and negotiating skills with a proven track record of achieving objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients in a positive way.
  • The capability of performing in-home estimates and completing purchases on-site.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
