In order to increase sales efforts, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across primary business divisions, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs. This position requires a data-driven, creative, and hands-on leader who can optimize campaigns, increase conversion, and forge a solid market position using HubSpot and other tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with your company's goals and revenue ambitions.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, social media management, and SEO.
- Manage marketing automation to track, assess, and enhance the efficacy of campaigns.
- To ensure that marketing strategies effectively produce leads and conversions, collaborate with sales teams.
- Oversee the creation of persuasive marketing collateral, including brochures, films, and case studies.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Make sure your investments are ROI-focused when you develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Make client presentations, assist with RFPs, etc.
- Organize, guide, and cultivate a group of marketing experts to carry out projects successfully.
- Oversee your online presence, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline is required, as is at least five to seven years of marketing experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including email marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to transform data into insightful knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the moving, logistics, or home services industries is helpful, but not required.
