Our Client is looking for an experienced Manager of Marketing to join their vibrant and quickly expanding storage and moving company in Detroit, MI. They are seeking a strategic leader to propel their marketing initiatives to new heights. 

The Manager or Marketing will be in charge of creating and carrying out all-encompassing marketing plans to boost sales efforts, create leads, and raise brand awareness across their main business divisions. A data-driven, innovative, and hands-on leader who can use tools to optimize campaigns, boost conversion, and establish a strong market position is needed for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and carry out a marketing plan that complements business objectives and income targets. 
  • Supervise digital marketing initiatives, such as social media management, email marketing, content production, and SEO. 
  • Oversee marketing automation with the CRM to monitor, evaluate, and improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Work together with sales teams to guarantee that marketing campaigns efficiently generate leads and conversions. 
  • Oversee the production of persuasive marketing materials, such as case studies, films, and brochures. 
  • To find trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, conduct market research. 
  • Create and oversee the marketing budget, making sure that investments are ROI-focused. 
  • Create presentations for clients, help with RFPs, etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Manage online presence, including website optimization, email marketing, and social media engagement, to enhance visibility and drive traffic.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field, and a minimum of five to seven years' experience in marketing. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRMs. 
  • Strong familiarity with email marketing and other digital marketing tools and channels. 
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to convert information into useful insights. 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. 
  • While not necessary, prior experience in the moving, logistics, or home services sectors is advantageous.
