Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the department to meet Directors’ expectations.
- Authenticate and value handbags and accessories for consignment.
- Assist buyers with inquiries and provide necessary images/videos.
- Supervise the department assistant.
- Help with parcel sorting and consignment organisation.
- Ensure accurate listing and proofing of items.
- Produce condition reports and coordinate with photographers.
- Collaborate with printing companies for sale catalogues.
- Assist with viewings, ticketing, and preparation.
- Support packing, collections, and dispatch post-sale.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Work with Marketing to attract clients and promote auctions.
