As a Project Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate and oversee all aspects of designated projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Review project proposals to determine timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop, refine, and enforce adherence to project plans and scopes of work.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports using Total Trak and other tools.
- Direct and coordinate contractor activities to ensure project progression aligns with schedules and budgets.
- Manage invoicing and payment processes, including vendor invoice approvals.
- Identify and address scope changes, issuing change orders or contract addenda as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with contractors, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contractor issues or project obstacles.
- Conduct project evaluations, including claims reviews and customer satisfaction assessments.
- Supervise team members as necessary, ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry experience is preferred but not required.
