Are you an accomplished coordinator of international moves searching for your next challenge? Based in Kent, this role offers a hybrid work schedule with the expectation of in-office attendance at least once per week. 

Join a reputable moving company that handles both individual and business clients' foreign removals. You'll manage shipping, take care of logistics, and make sure the move goes smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the whole planning of overseas relocations for both individual and corporate customers.
  • Communicate with customers to learn about their moving needs and offer specialised relocation services.
  • To guarantee on-time delivery, work with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs.
  • Compile and handle customs paperwork as well as other paperwork related to overseas moves.
  • Verify adherence to corporate policy and international regulations.
  • Keep in constant contact with clients, updating them on the status of shipments.
  • Work together with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to expedite the relocating process.
  • Address any difficulties or hold-ups in transit, taking proactive measures to fix problems.
  • For overseas relocation, provide cost estimates and guarantee billing accuracy. 
  • Provide exceptional customer care to guarantee a stress-free moving experience. 


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in international moving or relocation is required.
  • Strong knowledge of goods, customs, and international shipping laws.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • The capacity to meet deadlines and oversee several transfers at once.
  • A keen eye for detail and a powerful ability to solve problems.
  • Desire to visit the Kent office at least once a week.
