We are seeking a Global Mobility Relocation Consultant to join our client a global mobility and relocation relocation management company.

The Global Mobility Relocation Consultant will be responsible for managing global relocation services for corporate assignees and their families, acting as the dedicated point of contact during their relocation.

Duties of the position include but are not limited to; 

• Review assignee needs and requirements during assignment briefings calls and meetings 
• Act as the subject matter expert on relocation services to corporate clients and assignees 
• Manage assignee case files always ensuring excellent service delivery
• Provide support and assistance to the global relocation team 
• Be reactive to client and assignee needs and requests 
• Provide assistance to the global relocation and mobility manager as required
• Join client meetings and client account review sessions  
• Identify areas of improvement and handle client escalations

 
Skills and experience required:

• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent understanding of relocation, international assignment services and destination services sectors 
• Great relocation case management skills
• Fantastic cultural awareness and empathy
• Excellent client service skills
• Strong time-keeping skills and able to meet deadlines
