Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on executive compensation matters, including assisting corporations as they create their own compensation structures suited to their business.
- Assist in analysing client’s business challenges and crafting relevant solutions.
- Carrying out research on the trends of executive compensation.
- Expanding technical knowledge of executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, equity plans etc.
- Using analytics and reports, to benchmark executive compensation.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years Executive Compensation experience, ideally gained in a consulting environment. Professionals with executive compensation experience gained in an in house environment (preferably financial services) will be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that can be utilised both with colleagues and clients.
- Track record of working well within a team environment.
- Ability to manage expectations and stakeholder relationships.
- Keen interest in growing a thorough understanding of trends and issues on reward and compensation matters.
- Degree level educated.
