The COO will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while also identifying growth opportunities. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the future of the company by establishing scalable systems and processes that will support the company's expansion and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and align with overall business goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of moving and relocation services, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all operational departments to drive business expansion.
  • Manage logistics, supply chain, and resource allocation, ensuring scalability to meet increasing demand.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and support company growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, with a focus on cost control and resource optimization to support growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and support expansion.
  • Act as a key liaison between operational teams and senior management to ensure alignment on company growth strategies and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, or senior operational leader in a moving, relocation, logistics, or similar high-growth industry.
  • Strong background in operations management, logistics, supply chain, and process optimization, with a focus on scalability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial management, and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of supporting and leading company growth through operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
