Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and align with overall business goals.
- Oversee daily operations of moving and relocation services, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all operational departments to drive business expansion.
- Manage logistics, supply chain, and resource allocation, ensuring scalability to meet increasing demand.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and support company growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Develop and manage budgets, with a focus on cost control and resource optimization to support growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and support expansion.
- Act as a key liaison between operational teams and senior management to ensure alignment on company growth strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, or senior operational leader in a moving, relocation, logistics, or similar high-growth industry.
- Strong background in operations management, logistics, supply chain, and process optimization, with a focus on scalability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial management, and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of supporting and leading company growth through operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
