Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the moving and relocation industry, including corporations, real estate agents, and other key partners.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the company's moving services and establish new business relationships.
  • Develop and execute personalized email outreach campaigns to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Set appointments and meetings to discuss client needs and align them with the company’s moving solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to increase brand visibility and establish connections.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and pass on high-quality prospects.
  • Manage and update CRM systems, tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct performance analysis to assess the success of sales activities and set future goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the moving and relocation industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads and managing client interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of market trends in the moving industry to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Problem-solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
