Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end export process, from pricing and booking to documentation and billing.
- Handle a variety of commodities, including dangerous goods (DG), perishables, dry ice, machine parts, ceramics, paintings, and general cargo.
- Ensure compliance with TSA regulations, international shipping laws, and industry best practices.
- Oversee designated accounts and trade lanes, covering Asia, Middle East, India, Caribbean, Europe, and South America.
- Provide top-tier customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers.
- Prepare, verify, and process export documentation to meet global trade requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Utilize CargoWise and Microsoft Office to manage shipments, track orders, and generate reports.
- Monitor and address any export-related issues, proactively resolving challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends to ensure full compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in air and ocean export operations is required.
- DG Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of TSA regulations, export documentation, and global trade lanes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CargoWise certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and shipments simultaneously.
