As a Senior International Mobility Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing outsourced management of their employees’ international mobility. You will leverage your expertise to optimise and implement all aspects of international mobility, including social protection, taxation, labour law/contracts, immigration, and administrative procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advisory and Compliance: Advise HR and managers on the conditions for short-term and long-term international assignments, ensuring compliance with social and tax regulations and the company's mobility policy. This includes guidance on taxation, medical coverage, immigration, and retirement impacts.
  • Cost Estimations: Prepare and evaluate mobility costs, including net employee and employer costs, and present these proposals to HR, managers, and expatriates as necessary. Additionally, you will liaise with subsidiary HR teams to monitor payroll.
  • File Management: Participate in the preparation and ongoing management of International Mobility files (expatriates, impatriates, and both short-term and long-term assignments), ensuring adherence to legal, social, and tax regulations.
  • Service Provider Coordination: Manage and coordinate all service providers related to mobility, including obtaining quotes, tracking progress, and handling invoicing.
  • Tax Support: Provide tax assistance both in France and abroad, including 155B calculations, conducting tax interviews, and preparing tax returns.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on legal, social, and tax developments not only in France but globally, and ensure relevant updates are applied.
  • Project Coordination: Act as a coordinator for "outbound" projects, facilitating communication between the team, clients, and the wider partner network.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of new processes and monitoring tools.
  • Documentation: Prepare memoranda or preliminary studies for salary portage projects. You may also conduct audits of mobility files or services, and assist in drafting international mobility policies in collaboration with the manager and the team.


Your Profile:

  • Education: M2 in International Mobility, International HR, Business, or Law would be preferred.
  • Skills: Organised, precise, rigorous, and proactive with a practical mindset. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in English & French is required.
