Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex ER cases, including grievance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Provide expert HR guidance to line managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with legal requirements.
- Partner with the Regional HR Manager to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Coach and guide managers on employee performance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure the effective application of HR policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance with UK employment law.
- Lead initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Contribute to organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning and restructuring activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in a senior HR role, specializing in employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in complex workplace scenarios.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters tactfully and effectively.
- Strategic thinking with the capacity to balance long-term planning and hands-on execution.
- CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
