Our client, a leading moving and relocation company based in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Office Relocation Sales Representative to join their team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding the company's client base by delivering tailored office relocation services to businesses in the area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have a track record of meeting sales targets, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new business clients in the Indianapolis area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the relocation process.
  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct site visits and assess client needs to provide customized relocation solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client relocations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company services and network with potential clients.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
