Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new business clients in the Indianapolis area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the relocation process.
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct site visits and assess client needs to provide customized relocation solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client relocations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company services and network with potential clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
