- Throughout the onboarding process, serve as the primary point of contact for clients to guarantee a smooth transfer.
- Track and report on sales performance, making necessary strategy adjustments to reach or surpass goals.
- Keep a current CRM database that has thorough logs of all client communications and advancements.
- Continue to develop and look for fresh strategies to break into unexplored markets and broaden the company's worldwide reach.
Requirements for the role include:
- A track record of success in business development, ideally in the moving and relocation sector.
- Outstanding negotiating, presenting, and communication abilities.
- Strong knowledge of corporate relocation options and international mobility services.
- A readiness to travel abroad when necessary.
- The capacity to perform well under duress and the unwavering will to reach and surpass objectives.
- English proficiency is required; other language abilities are advantageous.
