What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and implement a strategy plan to find and capitalize on new corporate shifting business prospects worldwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target moving companies.
- Represent the company in international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote services and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to uncover industry trends, competitor actions, and potential new company opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to create tailored relocation solutions for corporate clients.
- Close high-value agreements while remaining profitable and building long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout client onboarding to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Track and report on sales performance, altering strategies as necessary to achieve or exceed goals.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database, including full records of all client interactions and progress.
- Continuously innovate and search out new ways to enter untapped areas and broaden the company's worldwide reach.
- Create and execute targeted marketing initiatives to attract corporate customers.
- Train and support junior sales team members to improve overall performance.

- Proven success in business development, preferably in the moving and relocation industry.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Strong expertise in business relocation solutions and worldwide mobility services.
- Willingness to travel worldwide when required.
