Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a designated client portfolio, creating and maintaining lasting, strong relationships.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on the best corporate structures in offshore, free zone, and mainland jurisdictions.
- Create the necessary paperwork for company formation, licence cancellations, renewals, and amendments, such as resolutions, NOCs, application forms, and letters.
- Give specialised advice and solutions that support the business goals of your clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling relocation/global mobility services to existing clients.
- To raise brand awareness, represent the business at industry forums, networking gatherings, and client meetings.
- Help with restructuring, re-domiciliation, and other corporate processes as needed.
- Discover ways to improve customer satisfaction and advertise additional services.
- Keep up with UAE regulatory changes, legal requirements, and market trends.
- As needed, assist clients in opening business bank accounts.
- Monitor UAE regulations by keeping accurate client records.
- Inform clients of changes to regulations and how they may affect their business.
- Mentor and assist younger team members while exchanging knowledge and skills.
- Make recommendations for process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Manage and guarantee the timely completion of all regulatory filings, including share transfers, licence renewals, corporate structure modifications, and amendments to the memorandum and articles of association (MOA).
- To deliver seamless service, cooperate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and compliance.
Role Requirements
- At least five years of experience managing client accounts in a corporate relocation, global mobility, consulting, legal, or corporate services firm.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of the offshore, free zone, and mainland UAE company laws and jurisdictions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency in regulatory filings, such as corporate restructuring, license renewals, and share transfers.
- Focused on providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high degree of discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Extremely well-organised, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset.
