International Sales Estimator – London, UK

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Create precise international removals estimates using both in-person and online pre-move surveys. 
  • Communicate with internal departments, agencies, and clients to obtain shipment details and specific needs.
  • Determine the weights and volumes of removals household goods (HHG). 
  • Provide competitive removals quotes for road, sea, and air relocations abroad. 
  • Examine past pricing information to guarantee precise costing and profit margins. 
  • Examine and discuss rates with agents, carriers, and outside suppliers. 
  • Work together with the sales staff to offer prompt assistance throughout the removals quotation process. 
  • Confirm compliance to customs paperwork and international shipping laws. 
  • Ensure that the removals quotations and proposals are accurately recorded in the CRM system. 
  • Assist removals customers with cost or shipment modifications after the sale. 
  • Determine where there are chances to streamline the estimating workflow.
  • Support team training and knowledge sharing on estimation tools and methods.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience with international removals or relocation services is required. 
  • Extensive experience with HHG pricing and volume calculation both virtually and on-site. 
  • Familiarity with removals industry-standard technologies, such as Cube Sheets and Move Management software. 
  • Outstanding attention to detail and communication abilities. 
  • The capacity to operate independently while meeting deadlines under pressure. 
  • Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office.
