International Business Developer – Bahrain

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Creating and implementing foreign sales strategy to grow the firm in major global markets.
  • Identifying and exploring new prospects in the moving and relocation sector.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, agents, and global partners.
  • Conducting market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and prospective areas for expansion.
  • Creating and delivering captivating presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and service agreements that are in line with the company's goals and client needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Taking part in global relocation and moving industry events, exhibits, and trade shows.
  • Using CRM systems to keep an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Monitoring rival behaviour and providing strategic insights to upper management.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven expertise in international business development, preferably within the moving or relocation industry.
  • A thorough understanding of worldwide mobility, relocation services, and international logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating abilities, as well as a client-focused approach.
  • Able to travel abroad as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, as well as a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
