Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of international moves from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions for clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering any questions throughout the moving process.
  • Work with third-party vendors, including shipping companies, customs agents, and local movers, to ensure all logistics are properly managed.
  • Oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation, including customs paperwork and inventory lists, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Manage multiple moves at one time, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ensure that all moves are completed within agreed timelines and budgets, providing cost estimates when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the move, resolving them quickly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of each move, ensuring all necessary information is documented and accessible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the move.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the moving and relocation industry is essential.
  • Proven experience coordinating international moves and managing the logistics of cross-border relocations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and provide updates.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with both internal and external teams.
