Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Business Development to lead their corporate accommodation sales strategy. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet objectives.
- Analyze market trends and refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in leadership, ideally in hospitality or travel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and willingness to travel.
