Our client is looking to hire a bilingual experienced Global Mobility Advisor to join our client an international mobility provider's EMEA division in Bouc Bel Air, France.
This position requires previous experience working within the global mobility and relocation services sector ideally working for a global relocation service provider.
You will be responsible for managing the global relocation and mobility needs for corporate clients, throughout the entire relocation lifecycle.
This position offers a hybrid working structure with both days in the office and work from home. Fluency in both French and English is required for this role.
Responsibilities of the Global Mobility Advisor position include, but are not limited to:
- Manage client relocation programs serving as a subject matter expert for all relocation and global mobility activity
- Consult assignees on the relocation, providing guidance and advice
- Deliver pre-assignment briefing calls to relocating employees
- Case manage relocation from start to finish
- Delivering excellent customer service support to assignees and their families
- Provide global mobility support services
- Serve as the lead point of contact between 3rd party suppliers and vendors
- Ensure costs and expenses are managed for the relocation process
Experience required for the role include:
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous work experience in Global Mobility, Relocation or International Assignments
- Professional knowledge of the global relocation process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to keep calm and work to strict deadlines
