Key responsibilities:
- Developing, nurturing and sustaining new and existing relationships with collectors and industry professionals
- Manage a busy sales pipeline, generating sales and increasing revenue
- Grow the gallery client base and increase footfall within the gallery space
- Utilising a network of clients and contacts to promote exhibitions, events and sales
- Working well with the team to ensure excellent client service is provided at all times
- Attend art fairs and other industry events, increasing brand awareness, conducting sales and networking with potential clients
- Previous experience within the sector in a similar position in a Gallery, preferably specialising in Contemporary Art
- Proven sales track record of notable high-end sales
- Relevant contemporary art network, with established contacts across Germany
- Additional network international, with Asian Art collectors being highly preferable
- Passionate about Contemporary Art with in-depth market knowledge
- Great communications skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
