Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are currently working with an international hospitality provider who are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join thei team and play a crucial role in managing our financial operations.

Overview
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and skilled in managing daily financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Manage payroll, including tax filings and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper coding of transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with external accountants for audits and year-end financial processes.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
