Overview
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and skilled in managing daily financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
- Manage payroll, including tax filings and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper coding of transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Collaborate with external accountants for audits and year-end financial processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
