Responsibilities:
- Assist with compensation studies and be responsible for the growth of these studies.
- Manage and add to clients existing reward strategy.
- Collect data, analyse findings and create ideas and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Maintain and develop good working relationships, this includes reward consulting within client advisory projects.
- Explore new opportunities for strategy and data projects within the existing client database.
- Being involved with project work, with the ultimate goal of securing development of client reward strategies.
- Understand market trends and patterns and any implications this can have on the client’s programmes.
- Assist colleagues in the development and growth of the reward consulting business.
- Provide advice to junior members and assist in overseeing their projects.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks related to any ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive knowledge of compensation and reward structures gained in a consulting environment.
- Must be driven by finding solutions to complicated problems.
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally.
- Proven knowledge of and experience with data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skill set, with the ability to communicate and present ideas coherently.
