This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic team, advising on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee expatriate tax, employer benefit strategies, and incentive compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mobility tax compliance and consulting, executive compensation, corporate taxation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team focused on global incentive arrangements, share-based compensation, and tax compliance.
  • Apply corporate and payroll tax rules to incentive arrangements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identify tax savings opportunities and optimise tax and operational efficiencies for global incentive schemes.
  • Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs, and their impact on global incentive arrangements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, providing high-quality technical and compliance advice.
  • Oversee engagement teams, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of compliance and consulting services.
  • Manage financial performance, team assignments, timely billing, collections, and budget control.
  • Collaborate internally and externally, contributing to business development activities and firm-wide initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor tax professionals, supporting their development and growth.
  • Drive innovation by reimagining approaches to global incentive strategies and taxation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum seven years of experience in expatriate tax, employer benefit strategies, or incentive compliance.
  • Expertise in at least three of the following: global compensation and equity sourcing, employment tax compliance, M&A advisory, executive compensation, mobility tax compliance, corporate taxation, or ASC 718/ASC 740.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A recognised professional qualification such as CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, or CEP is required.
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-national client engagements and service teams.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
