Remote International Move Coordinator – USA

Join a fast-paced, customer-oriented team in the worldwide moving industry!  We are looking for an experienced foreign Move Coordinator with Household Goods (HHG) experience to oversee seamless relocations for foreign clientele.  This entirely remote, U.S.-based position demands someone who knows federal contracts and thrives in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment..

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinate all aspects of international household goods (HHG) relocations for corporate and public sector clients.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for transferees throughout the relocation process.
  • Manage logistics for foreign relocations via air, sea, and land.
  • Coordinate scheduling with agents, transporters, and customs brokers to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Maintain daily contact with international agents, port authorities, and internal departments.
  • Examine and ensure compliance with federal contract rules and specifications (including DoD and GSA).
  • Maintain documentation and records that comply with federal and international shipping regulations.
  • Provide clients with timely updates and resolve any service delays or concerns.
  • Shipments are monitored and tracked using both internal software and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with accounting and vendors to manage invoicing, billing, and claims.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting solutions.
  • Maintain the company's outstanding standard of customer service and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of three years of experience managing international HHG relocations.
  • Prior experience working on US government contracts (e.g., DoD, GSA, State Department).
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity with move management systems and CRM software.
  • Based in the United States, and authorised to work without sponsorship.
