We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Consultant to join our clients growing Business Development team in Frankfurt, Germany.
Key criteria of the role:
- Must have B2B (business-to-business) sales experience
- Must have a keen interest in sales
- Previous corporate business development experience is highly desirable
- Full-cycle sales experience from introduction to closing the deal is preferred

- You will focus on targeting potential new businesses and identifying new opportunities
- Directly selling the company’s HR and People Movement services
- Contacting HR decision-makers to sell services
- Deliver presentations to potential new clients
- Participate in RFPs
- Represent the company at networking events
What's required for this role:
- Previous B2B (Business to Business) sales experience
- Experience selling services to companies
- Previous experience selling to HR contacts
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) would be advantageous
- Fluency in English and German is essential
