Our client is seeking a Residential Moving Sales Consultant to join their already well established team, the right person would be able to hit the ground running and bring in some new business!
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to secure residential moving clients.
- Conduct in-home or virtual surveys to assess the scope of the move and provide accurate estimates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their moving needs.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Educate clients on available services, pricing structures, and moving processes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and scheduled moves.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions.
- Represent the company at networking events and community functions to promote services.
Requirements:
- It is necessary to have prior Moving industry experience.
- A skilled salesperson by nature.
- Outgoing and personable character.
- Outstanding interpersonal skill.
- A strong communicator (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
