The Reservations Agent will support clients accommodation needs. This position working schedule is Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming enquiries with regards to accommodation
- Book suitable accommodation options on behalf of the client
- Process bookings on reservations system
- Deliver a high level of service to guests
- Support guests to ensure a positive guest experience
- Deal with any issues that may arise
- Must have reservations experience in hospitality, hotels or corporate housing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for customer service and delivering a positive guest experience
- Strong IT skills
