Our client is a global advisory company helping clients manage risk, by providing intelligence such as investigations and dispute advice regarding fraud and cyber security, to enable informed decisions to be made on deals, partnerships, new markets and regulatory and political environments.

Our client has a unique opportunity for an Associate Director to join their team in Singapore. This role is focused on strategic project delivery throughout APAC. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starting professional with a strong commercial and cultural acumen, able to manage complex investigative projects with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify critical areas of focus by evaluating operational and commercial risks across various industries and regions. 
  • Conducting commercial due diligence
  • Develop strategies for interviews, research, and source engagement.
  • Assess the reliability of intelligence sources and reported issues. 
  • Manage investigative processes, track leads, and guide interviews.
  • Create and deliver concise, commercially relevant briefings to senior clients, including high-profile companies. 
  • Present findings to deal teams, legal teams, and executives.
  • Analyse investigative findings to produce clear, high quality, well-structured reports that highlight key issues and risks.
  • Find, screen, and develop a variety of human resources in major Asian sectors and regions.
  • Handle, mentor, and guide team members. 
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing & speaking skills, additional language desirable 
  • Strong experience in commercial writing or advisory roles (e.g., consulting, law, investment, compliance, journalism, or project management). 
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and risk factors across various industries.
  • Cultural awareness with insight into diverse business practices across APAC
  • Ability to work under pressure.
