This position requires a proactive and analytical professional to manage key financial aspects of international relocation processes. You will play a crucial role in supporting global clients with expense tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timely delivery of financial data for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Manage reconciliation processes across multiple technology platforms to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure efficient funding processes for client disbursements and approvals.
  • Assist in the setup of new clients across various financial and accounting platforms.
  • Ensure accurate client invoicing for all relocation-related expenses, applying appropriate fees.
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance for large financial datasets.
  • Participate in implementation meetings and pre-go-live testing for new clients.
  • Provide financial insights and support for client reviews and reporting.
  • Lead financial compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver client presentations on financial aspects of relocation accounting services.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in relocation, accounting, or global mobility finance is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage financial processes within a global corporate environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience handling multi-currency and cross-border financial transactions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
