Hospitality & Industrial Moving Sales Specialist – Outskirts of Philadelphia, PA

A great opportunity has arisen for an Office & Industrial (O&I) Salesperson specialising in hospitality, final mile, first mile, and traditional office and commercial moves, located on the suburbs of Philadelphia.  This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in the moving and relocation sector who wants to create great customer connections and drive revenue in a dynamic market.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Create new business by identifying and targeting potential clients in the hotel, last mile, first mile, office, and commercial sectors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and customer meetings to demonstrate full relocation and logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Create customised moving solutions depending on the demands of the client, taking into account scheduling, price, and specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to increase profits while maintaining client happiness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition activity to fine-tune sales techniques.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and service lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns for office, commercial, and hotel clients.
  • Create reports and insights for top management on sales success and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience with O&I moving sales, logistics, or relocation services.
  • Strong understanding of office, commercial, hospitality, first-mile, and last-mile moves.
  • Ability to build contacts and close transactions in corporate, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales monitoring tools.
