Responsibilities:
- Email and letter correspondence in both German and English.
- Preparing, arranging, coordinating personal appointments, meetings and travel planning including hotels, flights, transfers and creating schedules.
- Completing secretarial tasks.
- Providing assistance in the office and with extensive projects such as exhibitions.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, consultant or foreign language secretary essential.
- Proficient in English and German writing and speaking.
- Being organised, proactive and motivated.
- Experience and knowledge of the art field.
