Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading provider in power and temperature control solutions, seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Vancouver on a remote basis. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive the electricity, heating, and cooling solutions they need to succeed.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls and manage accounts to build and maintain relationships
  • Develop presentations and close deals effectively
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
  • Coordinate with Rental Center teams to prepare sales contracts and documentation for orders and projects
  • Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications using relevant manuals
  • Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for successful project execution and completion
Role Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of direct business-to-business sales experience
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas, industrial, construction, or power industry
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to work closely with other business areas to maximize partnership effectiveness (Operations, Fleet, Logistics).
