Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is thrilled to partner with a prominent leader in the Household Goods (HHG) industry to seek a dynamic National Account Moving Salesperson.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, providing an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in national account management and business development.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of our client’s national accounts portfolio. They will be expected to harness their sales expertise to secure and nurture high-value client relationships, contributing directly to the company’s success in the HHG market.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain national accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new business deals.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with both company standards and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline progress and strategic account plans.
  • Attend industry conferences and professional gatherings to maintain a strong network and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally to ensure delivery of the highest service standards.


Requirements for the Position:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically with national accounts in the Household Goods or related industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a flair for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute strategic direction.
  • High level of professionalism and an ability to work well under pressure.
